QSTP XLR8

Qatar Science & Technology Park’s (QSTP) XLR8 is an accelerator program to assist startups in determining their commercial viability and to guide the tech-based product/service from ideation to a validated prototype. Participants will gain access to a network of coaches and mentors aligned to commercialization of tech-based innovation. XLR8’s methodology focuses on three core modules:

• Product-Market Fit

  Identifying potential customers, designing a rough prototype, soliciting feedback from the target market, and revising the prototype accordingly

   

• Customer Traction

  Capturing market traction/ interest from potential customers

   

• Investor Awareness

  Learning how to talk to and attract investors
